“Chocolate Bananas Deluxe”
Goal: Simple, filling, and chocolatey. Makes a statement, no frills.
✅ Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 bar of dark chocolate (or milk)
- 1 handful of mini marshmallows
- Optional: a shot of rum or whiskey
- aluminum foil
🔥 Preparation:
Cut the banana lengthwise with the peel on (not all the way through!).
Press chocolate pieces and marshmallows into the opening.
Refine with a shot of rum.
Wrap in aluminum foil.

✅ Ingredients (for 1 pan):
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla extract
🔥 Preparation:
- Melt chocolate and butter in a cast-iron pan (side burner or grill).
Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in chocolate butter.
Add flour, salt and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Put everything in the pan.
Grill over indirect heat (lid closed) for approx. 25 minutes – firm on the outside, fudgy on the inside.

4 thick slices of brioche or brioche hot dog buns (seriously!)
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Maple syrup

Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon & vanilla.
Soak the bread in the mixture (not too long so it doesn't fall apart).
Lightly grease the grill plate or plancha and grill the slices of toast until golden brown.
Top with berries, drizzle with maple syrup – done.

Serve with berry sauce made from crushed raspberries and extra lemon juice.
“Cinnamon roll skewers with vanilla dip”

✅ Ingredients (for 6 mini skewers):
- 1 roll of ready-made cinnamon roll dough (e.g. B. refrigerated shelf)
- Some melted butter

✅ Ingredients (for approx. 12 mini pancakes):
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil or butter for the grill plate
- For the sauce: Berry mix + 1 tbsp sugar + squeeze of lemon
